Q: How long does it take to receive my product(s)?
A: After the receipt of your order, most orders are shipped between 5-10 business days - depending on delivery location(s). Local orders may arrive within 3-5 business days after receipt (processed Saturdays).
Please note: Orders with larger quantities may take additional time for processing and shipping.
Q: What are your shipping and delivery specifications?
A: We currently work with USPS and FedEx Smart Post.
Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Not at this time. For your safety and the safety of the NdCAD staff, we currently request that all orders be completed online. If you have additional questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We are here to help!
Q: How is my order confirmed?
A: Your order is confirmed by email and text message. For this reason, we encourage you to use a personal email and personal cell phone number upon checkout. In the event that this is not possible, please email email@example.com to confirm your order.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive an email and text message immediately after ordering products at the NdCAD Online Store. Click the link within the email or text message to track your order in real-time.
Q: Does the weekend count as a business day?
A: If your order was placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will be entered the following business day for processing. NdCAD business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Q: How do I reach NdCAD if I have a question?

Q: Can I order NdCAD Home Learning Kits in larger quantities?
